The Centauro desk at Madrid airport is located off airport. At Terminal 1 when you leave baggage claim, follow the Left Luggage signs and exit out of the terminal building. Outside turn left, go over the zebra crossing and look out for the Left Luggage office. There, on the right, there is a yellow hotel bus sign. The Centauro shuttle bus will pick you up from here. They run every 10-15 minutes. For Terminal 2 look for the Bus Connecting sign after you have collected your luggage. When you see the P. Express sign, exit the terminal building, cross the road at the zebra crossing and follow the signs to the right for Bus Stop EMT Hotels-Agencies. The Centauro shuttle bus will collect you from here. For Terminal 4 follow the Bus & Shuttle signs. Again cross at the zebra crossing when you leave the terminal building and head for the Bus Hotel direction signposted.
Centauro offer a variety of car hire packages, Basic, Comfort and Premium options. These different options will vary on which fuel policy they include, whether there is an excess on your CDW insurance and whether or not you will have to queue at the desk. In basic terms, the more you pay, the smoother your car hire should be. You may find that ,as they are a more budget car hire company, they are eager to sell you their higher packages so be prepared if you want to say no.

Terminal 1
Come out of the terminal building, turn right and continue for about 150 metres until you see the green Hotel Bus Information sign opposite the Left Luggage Office and wait here for the Centauro Rent a Car shuttle bus that passes every 15-20 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away.
Terminal 2
Once you have collected your luggage, follow the Bus Connecting sign.
In the arrivals hall, go to your left and follow the Bus Connecting sign until you see the P. Expres sign.
Exit the terminal here, once outside cross at the zebra crossing and on your right follow the signs for Bus Stop EMT Hotels-Agencies
Wait here for the Centauro shuttle bus which passes every 10-15 minutes, this will take you to the office situated a few minutes away.
Terminal 4
Once you have collected your luggage, follow the Bus & Shuttle sign to your left, use this exit, cross at the zebra crossing and follow the Bus Hotel, sign to the left.
