Lacking even only one of the above-mentioned elements required to guarantee the rental, Europcar will not be able to provide the requested vehicle but, as an alternative, a vehicle belonging to a different category: in any case, no refund is provided.

Please note, this deposit may take up to thirty (30) days to be returned to your debit card depending on the issuing bank of the card and neither OK Mobility nor Clarify Car Hire take any responsibility if the amount returned is not the same as the amount taken due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or bank charges.
